Vivian Chen is an attorney whose practice includes a diverse variety of fields, including Dependency Law, Lemon Law, and Surety Law.
Vivian received her Bachelor of Arts from University of California, Berkeley in 2019 with majors in English and Neurobiology. At Southwestern, Vivian participated in the trial advocacy honors program and served as Editor-in-Chief on the Southwestern Journal of International Law.
Prior to Howard Genzon, Vivian’s experience as a trial attorney in Dependency Law molded her passion for zealous client advocacy through legal strategy, negotiation, dispute resolution, and powerful litigation techniques. During her experience at a plaintiff-side lemon law firm, Vivian expanded her practice to civil litigation, using her skills to obtain desirable results for her clients.
At Howard Genzon, Vivian now focuses her legal practice on surety law.
