Alexis Jugan

Attorney

Alexis Jugan is an attorney with experience in consumer and business litigation, representing finance companies and other commercial entities in a wide range of disputes. Her practice also includes surety law, where she leverages her consumer litigation background to effectively assess risk and resolve disputes.

Ms. Jugan formerly served on the board of the Thurgood Marshall Bar Association Foundation and remains actively involved in the Orange County Bar Association. She is also committed to community service through her work with The Home of Record Project, a nonprofit organization dedicated to combating veteran homelessness.

Ms. Jugan earned her Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles, where her passion for the law was evident early on. She went on to obtain her Juris Doctor from Chapman University Dale E. Fowler School of Law, where she held several leadership positions, including President of the Hispanic American Law Student Association, President of the Black Law Student Association, and Associate Editor of the Diversity and Social Justice Forum. During law school, she was a semifinalist in the Rutan & Tucker Golden Gavel Competition for appellate-style oral advocacy. In recognition of her meaningful contributions to the Fowler School of Law community, she was awarded the Dean’s Award by her graduating class.

In 2025 and 2026, Ms. Jugan was selected as a Rising Star by Super Lawyers.

Ms. Jugan is admitted to practice before the California Supreme Court and the United States District Courts for the Central and Eastern Districts of California.
